CONFIDENTIALITY

  • We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection. All client information, records, and discussions are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client's explicit consent, unless required by law.
  • Therapists may take before, during, and after photos for internal record-keeping purposes. These photos will remain part of the client’s private file unless the client has expressly consented to their use for promotional or marketing purposes.You have the right to opt out of marketing communications, including emails and phone calls, at any time.
  • All client data is securely stored on our booking system and retained indefinitely for operational and legal purposes, unless a deletion request is made where permitted by law. Medical and consultation forms are kept confidential and are accessible only to authorised personnel.
  • Information Sharing: We will only share your personal data with third parties under the following circumstances:
    • When legally required (e.g. court order, law enforcement, or government request);
    • With trusted service providers (e.g. email service providers) solely for business functions such as sending newsletters or managing bookings. These third parties are contractually obligated to protect your information and comply with data protection laws;
    • In the event of a business transfer, merger, or sale, where personal data may be part of the transferred assets.
    We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent. All third parties are required to respect the confidentiality and security of your data and act in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018).
